1. About this site
Extension Labs publishes information about Presence and accepts waitlist enquiries, including requests for a walkthrough. This draft does not create a paid subscription or a service agreement.
2. Access to Presence
Access to the attendance app is arranged separately. Each deployment currently serves one configured organisation. Employees must be added by an Admin and use their Microsoft 365 account.
3. Proposed pricing
Any pricing and packaging shown on this site are introductory proposals, subject to confirmation. Annual discounts, taxes, availability and rollout terms must be agreed before purchase. No payments are taken on this site.
4. Responsible use
Provide accurate enquiry information. Do not submit abusive material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Do not submit sensitive employee attendance information in the public contact form.
5. Attendance decisions
An employer configures the Rules and assigns Reviewers. Presence supports attendance records and human Review; it does not replace an employer’s responsibilities for payroll, employment decisions or legal obligations.
6. Privacy
Read the draft Privacy page for information about enquiry data and the attendance product. Employee use requires a confirmed employer notice and recorded consent before Punches and Requests.
7. Service terms to be agreed
Availability, support, liability, intellectual property licensing, termination, governing law and dispute procedures will be set out in the final agreement. This draft makes no uptime or support-response commitments.
8. Contact and revisions
Use the waitlist form to discuss a deployment or ask about these draft terms. Final terms and any material changes will be shared before an agreement is made.
