Draft — pending legal review
This page is a working draft. It needs confirmation before a real rollout.
1. Who this notice is for
Extension Labs provides Presence. This draft covers enquiries on this public site and outlines the attendance product. Your employer’s deployment needs its own confirmed employee privacy notice.
2. Information you send on this site
The waitlist form collects your name, email and company, plus an optional team size, message and whether you would like a walkthrough. A network address is processed to limit abuse. We use your enquiry to reply; the form does not create an employee account.
3. Attendance information
In the app, an employer manages employee identities, attendance times, Requests and Reviews. GPS position, accuracy and network address are recorded only with Punches. There is no background location tracking or device fingerprinting.
4. Responsibilities and access
The deploying employer is responsible for its employee attendance data and notice; Extension Labs is the software provider. Employees access their records, Managers their team, and Admins organisation records. Final processing terms remain to be agreed.
5. Retention
Current product policy erases Location Data after 12 months and sets attendance-record retention at 3 years, subject to HR and accounting confirmation. These are configurable Rules. Record rows are retained. Retention arrangements for public enquiries will be confirmed before rollout.
6. Providers and data location
The product uses Microsoft company sign-in through Supabase Auth, a Supabase-hosted database and Vercel hosting. Provider arrangements, hosting region and any applicable transfers must be confirmed for deployment. This draft makes no data-residency guarantee.
7. Choices and questions
Contact us through the form for questions about an enquiry. Employees should contact their employer about attendance data or their rights. A confirmed privacy contact, grievance process and applicable response periods will be published after legal review.
8. Changes to this draft
This notice is not a completed legal review. Before rollout, the collection notice, retention, employer responsibilities and rights process must be finalized and communicated to affected people.
