Are these final prices?
No. Every figure here is a proposal: the prices, the annual saving and the seat minimums. We confirm pricing, packaging, taxes and rollout terms with you before any agreement.
Can I subscribe here?
Not yet. There is no self-serve sign-up or billing, so nothing on this site takes payment. Join the waitlist and tell us about your team; we reply to talk it through, and to arrange a walkthrough if you’d like one. Each deployment currently serves one configured organisation.
What do the seat minimums mean?
Team is proposed with a minimum of 5 paid seats and Business with a minimum of 25. Starter is free for up to 10 people and has no paid seats. How the minimums apply to your organisation is confirmed with you before any agreement.
What if we have more than 50 people, or more than one office?
That is a conversation rather than a price. Larger rollouts, several offices, custom implementation, integrations and commercial terms are discussed with us, and Business is the proposed starting point for them.
Do privacy protections depend on the plan?
No. Location only at Punches, no background tracking and human Review are the same in every plan. The plans differ by team size, seat minimums and service, not by what the product does.
Can we use existing Microsoft or Google accounts?
Yes. Employees sign in with their company Microsoft or Google account, or with a password an Admin issues, after an Admin adds them to Presence. There is no self-sign-up and there are no shared accounts.
